All orders placed through this website are subject to the following general terms and conditions:
Invoices are to be paid upon receipt without any deductions. The costs of the invoice payment or money transfer will be born by the purchaser. The costs of shipping and handling will be added to the net price. The Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) is exempt from value-added tax.
The purchaser will carry the costs and risks of all shipments. WIFO will not replace goods lost or damaged in shipping.
The delivered goods remain the property of WIFO until completely paid for.
The court of jurisdiction for bills outstanding is Vienna.
Returns and exchanges are not possible except in the case of faulty goods or wrong delivery. Reclamations must be registered at WIFO within 8 days.
Personal data will be used by WIFO exclusively for the processing of orders placed through the tip website and/or tip workshop registration and on no account given to any third party.
